Fuyuan is a high-tech enterprise, focusing on the research and development and production of high-speed turbomachinery. The main products are turbochargers, air suspension centrifugal blowers, air suspension centrifugal compressors for fuel cells, etc., mainly providing turbocharging technology solutions for engines and Energy saving fan solutions. The scale of Fuyuan is not large, but it is a national-level specialized, special, and new little giant enterprise, a single champion enterprise in Shandong Province, and an enterprise with the Weifang Mayor's Quality Award. It ranks first in the domestic supercharger industry, and is the only enterprise in the domestic supercharger industry that has won the National Science and Technology Progress Award.

The core technology must be in your own hands

Less fuel and enough power are the most important qualities when people choose a car. It is the engine that determines this quality.   近幾年，國內自主品牌的增壓器產業雖然發展迅速，但在國內占據的主要還是中低端商用車和非道路市場，國內80%以上的高端市場仍被國外壟斷，這是國內增壓器產業的整體現狀，富源的目標就是要打破這種現狀，走向高端市場，實現進口替代。

  陳良表示，差距本身就是很大的發展空間。目前國內有大批代工型的零部件生產企業，生產制造環節已經相當成熟，短板是沒有自己的技術和自主研發的產品，如果突破了這一道關，把技術牢牢握在自己手里，那無論是對企業還是對整個行業，都是一個質的提升。

  “我們企業現在就做這個，自己研發自己生產，掌握核心技術和主導權，把這一個零部件做到行業極致。別看我工廠小，要做增壓器，大企業做不過我們，我們做的就是專業、專注，這條路走得很辛苦，但很扎實。”陳良說。

  要頂住創新過程中的一切壓力

  技術型企業的發展之路注定不會輕松，陳良坦言，為了這份“手握主導權”的底氣，他們也背負了沉重的負擔，巨額研發費用就是其中一項。因為要不斷開發產品、設計產品、做樣件、測試性能，還要跟高校、研究機構甚至外國專家合作，這些都需要高昂的費用支撐。富源每年投入研發的費用都在2000—3000萬元，只有持續的投入研發，才能持續的發展。

  “這種研發的投入實際上風險很大，因為很多研發的產品可能是不成功的，你投進去那么多錢很有可能打水漂。本身前幾年機械行業的利潤就少，我們用自己賺的錢去搞研發，還要購置新設備優化產能維持發展，這對企業來說是一個很大的負擔。”陳良說。

技術創新，是一條充滿著未知和不確定性的道路，卻也是企業突破重圍、煥發活力、走向行業頂尖的唯一出路。相比于更快更多地賺錢，富源更愿意頂住壓力，安安靜靜地做產品，一點一點提升，慢慢讓自己成為不可替代，這樣無論外部環境如何變幻，企業都能穩步前行。

  近幾年，隨著國家和省市里一系列減稅、項目補貼政策的出臺，富源在資金方面得到了一定的支持，特別是濰坊市全面推行服務企業專員制度，為企業的發展解決了很多實際困難。陳良表示，政府的扶持給他們提供了很好的外部環境，也讓他們更加堅定了攻堅克難的信心。

  “只有我能解決”的秘訣是創新

  經過幾十年的積淀，富源目前已經是國內綜合實力Z強的渦輪增壓技術公司之一，公司自主研發的船舶增壓器，在近海漁船、貨輪上的中高速發動機領域，已經完全可以取代國外產品。

  “之前國內95%的大型遠洋船舶增壓器市場一直被國外市場壟斷，不但價格高昂，服務也不好，用戶都苦不堪言，這就為我們提供了發展空間。”作為一家專業研發、生產渦輪增壓器的企業，如何尋求技術突破，讓船舶從近海駛向遠洋，讓國人不再受制于國外產品，成為富源的發展目標和創新著力點。

2018年，公司開始著手研發大型遠洋船舶渦輪增壓器，面對技術瓶頸，富源尋求外力幫助，與清華大學葉輪機械研究室合作，終于在2019年把第一款大型遠洋船舶增壓器交付到客戶手中。經后客戶反饋，富源的產品壓比、流量等核心指標都優于國外產品。“我們這款增壓器，填補了國內在遠洋船舶這一塊的空缺。”公司技術中心產品設計部部長王忠起說道。

  “產品就是我的精神支撐。”陳良坦言，他Z開心的時刻，是大企業客戶遇到問題時來找他解決，這代表在眾多的供應商中，只有富源有能力解決。“我怎么才能保證自己這個獨特的吸引力，秘訣就是創新，掌握新技術，做出新產品，擁有幫助客戶解決問題的能力。”

  富源人外出談業務時有一個共同的理念，他們賣的不是產品，而是提升發動機性能的渦輪增壓解決方案。產品只是解決方案中的一部分，更多的是提供技術服務和支持，為實現高性能發動機的研發提供技術支持。

  國外的技術并不是突破不了

  走進富源，從管理層到科技人員再到車間工人，每個人的身上都有一股感染力很強的激情，談到自己的產品，人們的眼睛里全是光。這種光與金錢和企業規模無關，是一種發自內心的喜愛和自信，這與陳良的理念非常一致：產品決定企業地位，像愛自己的孩子一樣愛自己的產品。

  “我一直在想，這幾年國際關系不穩定，其中一個很大的原因就是我們國家工業的提升，搶占了一部分外國企業的利潤。這是一件好事，說明我們在不斷強大，也說明當你真正用心時會發現，國外的技術并不是突破不了。”陳良告訴記者，他們的目標是領先國內企業，在技術、服務與費用方面與國外企業搞競爭，Z終取代國外產品，實現各方面利益Z大化。

把企業做好，不只是為了利潤，做成百年企業，做成能抗衡國外的品牌，是富源人工作的目標和驅動力。陳良認為，好的企業不一定要大，但一定要有價值，既要實現個人的人生價值，也要對社會、對國家有價值，這不是用錢能衡量的。

  要向著這個目標奮進，企業就要站在科技前沿、行業頂端，借助高端人才和科研機構的助力。在這方面，富源早早布局，不但與國內外多家科研院所和高等院校建立了長期的技術合作關系，還搭建了省級技術中心、省級工程研究中心和省級“一企一技術”中心等科研平臺，在國內外確定了與多名高端科研人才的合作關系。同時，公司內部全面培養科研人員，數量已占全部職工的五分之一，人才資源儲備充足，科技創新支撐雄厚。

在陳良看來，企業要進步，不僅需要技術創新，思路和意識方面的創新同樣重要。在外部經濟環境不佳或遭遇發展危機的時候，能及時調整思路、規避風險，完成安全過渡和轉型也是一種創新。

  20世紀70年代建廠的富源，一路走來見證了濰坊工業的崛起史，也經歷了數次危機甚至滅頂之災，每一次化險為夷的背后，都是一次思路的創新和勇敢的嘗試。在起起伏伏中尋找機會，在上下波動中順勢發展，在一次次歷練中不斷強大，富源的發展之路，或許能為一些正處在迷茫中的中小企業提供一點借鑒。
